Creating awareness
through reflection
is how I work.

Who is in the lead
in your recovery?
You’ve decided you’re ready to take the next step on the road to your recovery. But…who decides the direction you’ll take or the pace at which you travel? Your head, your heart, or your body? Do they work together or are they in conflict with each other? Become aware of the role each of these parts plays in your life and discover what you need to move forward in your recovery.

Do you follow your heart?
What makes your heart beat faster? Which direction does your heart want to go? How well do you know your heart? What would your life look like if your heart were in the lead?

...or is it your head that decides?
Which thoughts have become firm beliefs and how do they influence your behavior? Which background story has changed your self-image? What would your life look like if your head was less in the lead, and played a more supporting role?

What does your body tell you?
How often do you listen to your gut feeling? Do you say ‘yes’ even when you feel ‘no’? Do you keep going, even though you feel the need to rest? How would it feel to listen to your body more often?

Connection: Where recovery begins!
Not living in connection with yourself means you prioritize the needs of others and you adjust your needs and desires accordingly. Being in connection with yourself (body, heart and mind) makes it easier to discover what you want or where you want to go in life. How would it be for you to listen, see and feel for yourself what it is you want out of life?
