Recovery Coaching
You’ve decided that you are ready for the next step in your recovery. I would love to facilitate you in becoming aware of the patterns, beliefs and your relationship to your emotions which may have led you to burnout. You decide where the coach sessions take place: online, at my practice, or on a walk in the park.

Fireside Chats
I started the Fireside Chats as a response to my own feelings of being misunderstood or loneliness during my recovery. Take a seat round the (online) fire and connect with others who are in a similar situation. Connection is the healing power driving recovery.

Online Course
This ‘course’ is a collection of lessons from my own personal experience and what helped (or did not help) me in my recovery. I’ve learned: if you can recognize yourself in another person’s story, then the step towards accepting your own experience is a lot simpler. This type of connection was eye-opening for me; I hope that you find the answers you are looking for by following this course.
